A huge benefit to working with Steve is that you speak to the builder direct and never go through a third person to speak with him. Steve made himself available to us, he listened and addressed our concerns. Steve was accommodating and happy to offer solutions, or work with us to find solutions to any issues.
We agreed on achievable timeframes for all works and these were met. We felt that Steve expected his team to work efficiently, professionally, and with care - he selected his tradesmen well. He produces a quality product with superior finishes and appreciates the value in quality.
Essentially, Steve did what he said he would do and we were thrilled with the results of our new family home.

When we first met Steve (at 8pm at night due to our busy work schedules) on site at a project he was working on in Floreat we thought he was too good to be true. Sincere passion for your project, excellent communication, energy and time put into every little detail and true flexibility and understanding pretty much describe Steve and the ‘Calautti Homes’ building experience.
